Eastern Front Theatre and Neptune Theatre are holding auditions in Halifax (only) for their co-production of Joanne Miller’s new play, Cradle and All. 

The show runs February 4-16, 2014.

Character Breakdown

Carole – a mother and former artist, 36

Mike – a father and accountant, 38

Andrew – a performance artist still living with his mother, 33, who doubles as:
Leonardo da Vinci – The Quintessential Renaissance man who speaks in an Italian accent

Elizabeth – Mike and Carole’s mother, 66

Actors will be provided sides and asked to read in pairs. EFT’s Artistic Producer, Charlie Rhindress, who will be directing the production, and playwright, Joanne Miller, will be in attendance at the auditions.

Please indicate preferred dates and times to audition.  Every effort will be made to accommodate actors’ schedules. 

Members of Canadian Actors Equity Association will be seen first at all auditions.  Only those artists we wish to see will be contacted for an audition.
